David Banks is a sensorial futurist with over 25 years of marketing leadership experience in the CPG, retail, culinary, and flavor & fragrance industries focusing on innovation, product development, branding, consumer insights, trend forecasting and strategic marketing development. He has a long-standing track record of success helping companies and brands develop and launch products that create ongoing consumer relationships by providing market, consumer and sensory insight for current portfolios and future development.

He has built a reputation as a highly respected leader in the flavor and fragrance industry as an expert in trend identification and data systems blending both the science of big data with the art of sensory analysis, delivering over 500 million smiles to date.

Cate Banks is a Creative Consultant/Director, Digital Media Artist, MUA & Stylist based in Boston, MA. Currently in her final year at Emerson College, she studies Business of Creative Enterprises specializing in Digital Media & Culture with a minor in Environmental Studies,

Functioning between the landscapes of media, marketing, content strategy, digital publishing, and popular culture, she works within all spheres of online ecosystems to target art, authenticity, style and connection into elevated products and business strategy.

Cate is a multimodal curator with a strong love for music, alternative culture, sustainable fashion, travel, and the outdoors. The second half of her final year in undergrad will be spent in Los Angeles, CA with the Emerson LA Program before she graduates Spring ‘26.
